Who invented the bicycle and when

Bicycles have remained an important means of transport for humans for nearly two hundred years. There has been a lot of change in the design and use of bicycles in these last two hundred years.

The bicycles, which began with wooden designs, have now taken a cutting edge.  Today battery-powered bicycles have come on the market.

The invention of the bicycle has changed the definition of traffic itself.  Before the invention of the cycle, people used to carry traffic on a horse cart or bullock cart.

But its construction introduced an instrument which has proved to be light and cheap as well as very comfortable.  Let's take a look at the history of the bicycle and know who invented the bicycle and who played a key role in its construction?

Who invented the bicycle - The invention of the bicycle cannot be attributed to any one person.  Many individuals have contributed to its invention.

1817-Karl von Drais- The first manned bicycle was built in 1817 by Karl von Dreis of Germany.  Known as "Running Machine" and "Draisienne", his bicycle was made of wood, with no pedals.

The bicycle had two wheels and a seat to sit on.  The cycle, weighing 23 kilograms, was first performed in Paris.

This bicycle was manufactured in France and Germany.  Dennis Johnson of London launched it in London in 1818 after making many changes and improvements to the bicycle designed by von Dreis.  The cycle known as "hobby-horse" became very popular.

But these bicycles were banned in London because of the danger to pedestrians.

1866 - Pierre Michaux and Pierre Lalment - A new mode in the history of the bicycle came when two French carriage manufacturers, Pierre Michaux and Pierre Lalment, first added pedals to the bicycle.  He also put a gear system in it.

This bicycle was known as "velocipede" and "bone shaker".  Adding the pedal to the bicycle greatly accelerated his speed but still the ride of the bicycle was not comfortable due to the wooden wheels.  For this reason,

this bicycle was colloquially known as "boneshaker".  Pierre Lallement received a patent for this pedaled bicycle in 1866.

1885 - John Kemp Starley - John Kemp Starley's "safety bicycle" has proved to be a millstone in bicycle history.

The "Rover" bicycle they designed was equipped with standardized metal frames, rear wheel chain drive and Arial wheels to withstand the brunt and the driver did not suffer much.

The popularity of this modern bicycle was greatly increased.  According to the NMAH, only 2 lakh bicycles were used in 1889 which increased to 10 lakhs in 1899.  T

oday more than 1 Billion bicycles are used worldwide.

Now-a-days bicycles can have up to 33 gears.

A bicycle is an invention that people have been using since the beginning.  In today's world, after the arrival of petrol and diesel vehicles, people have stopped using the bicycle.

In today's age, young children ride a little bicycle, but in Omar, big people also make their health by cycling for sports.

The need of a human being forces him to make a new invention.  The same has happened in the case of bicycle.

 History of cycle (cycle history):-

Who made the first model of bicycle, it is an issue because more than one person has contributed to the invention of the bicycle.

In the 15th century, an engineer named Giovanni Fontana built a 4-wheeled vehicle that rode with ropes and gears.

From 15 to the 19th century, there was no improvement in the design of the bicycle for a long time. In the 19th century, a havoc of Khudrat helped the invention of the bicycle.

In 1815, a mountain named Tambora in Sambhwa Island, Indonesia, burst into flames. There was a lot of damage to crops and animals.  At that time there was no means left to go from one place to another.

The people of that place had cut their horses because of the victim of Bhukmari.

Invention of the first bicycle:

In view of all these circumstances, the bicycle was invented by a civil servant named Karl Drais in Germany for the first time in 1817.

This bicycle, made in 1817, is the first bicycle in the world.  This bicycle was made of wood. This bicycle was pushed with both feet because this bicycle did not have pedals.

It would be controlled with the handle on the front of this bicycle.

Who invented the bicycle and when,

It was very difficult to drive this bicycle in bad roads, so people slowly stopped driving it. After 45 years, the bicycle was made with steel wheels, which was known as bone shaker.

Due to the steel wheels, the man running in bad paths would shake the whole way.  Pedals were fitted to the front wheels in this bicycle.

The bicycle built in 1870 years was made with rubber tires and the front wheel of the bicycle was enlarged.

The front wheel used to be paddles.  The reason for enlarging the front tire of the bicycle was that the bigger the wheel, the less padless the bicycle will go.

In those days, it did not take long to realize that when a person falls from so high in the event of an accident, it can hurt a lot.  The bicycle name started using the model of this bicycle.

 Safety Cycle:

The invention of ball bearings, caliper brakes and chain became helpful for modern bicycle.  John Kemp Starley created the bicycle in 1885 by keeping both wheels of the bicycle in the same shape, which was known as the "Safety Bicycle".

Brakes, chains and wheels in this cycle were short of hadiths due to the lack of goods, so it was named Safety Bicycle.

After the use of air-filled tires in 1888, even the bad roads used to travel with ease.  The bicycle on which people used to scare people, used the same cycle for their daily marra activities.

Bicycles were used as a ride to move from place to place.

In today's era, different types of varieties are alive in the bicycle.  Cycling has also been added to the games played in the Olympics.
