Micromax Company is an Indian company.  Which is known by most people as "Micromax Informatics".  It is a privately owned organization that provides electronic goods and services to telecommunications and its consumers.  The company was founded on 29 March 2000 as an IT Software Company.  Its founder Rahul Sharma is considered, while Rajesh Agrawal, Mohit Sharma and Rohit Patel are among the main members of this company.

Micromax has its headquarters in Gurugram in Haryana state.  The company employs over ten thousand workers, which reflects its size and vastness. Micromax produces electronic items like Smartphones, Laptops, LED Television, Air Conditioner (AC) and Power Banks for its customers. 

It carries its services to many parts of the world.  Which mainly includes countries like Jordan, Russia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan.  YU Televentures, a company with the brand name YU, is owned by the Micromax company.

The company started selling mobiles in 2008, about 8 years after it was founded in 2000.  Micromax built the X1i mobile for local places in India, where power problems are common.  The battery, which claimed to run smoothly for about a month, was claimed by this company.  

By 2014, it had surpassed Samsung company in India in terms of sales.  On 24 January this year, it became the first such company in India to start selling its mobiles in Russia.  Renowned actor Anil Kapoor is the brand ambassador of Micromax Company.
