Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite Review

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite

As you expect from the Note series, this device is slightly larger in size.  This is also true because in the phone you also get the S-Pen, which can not be reduced due to the place of storage.

A larger screen is also necessary to use the S-Pen.  And that's why it feels big when taking the phone in hand, but it is also right.

If you want a compact smartphone in the same price segment, then you can also buy the Galaxy S10 Lite but it does not get the S-Pen.

Looking at the build, the glass finish back panel is actually made of plastic, due to which the weight of the phone is less than 200 grams.

Samsung has used metal for the side rail which gives a premium feel.  Well, here you have not been given a curve edge, but personally I do not like that special.  But the phone has not given you an IP68 rating, which is a drawback.

The selfie camera gets space in the middle of the display with a punch-hole cut-out.  The square rear camera setup is a bit raised but it becomes identical with the case given in the box.

The card tray is hybrid in the phone and the most preferred 3.5mm audio jack is included in it.  Even with one to two terms, the device gives a very premium feel as expected from the Note series.

Samsung used a 6.7-inch AMOLED display here which comes second after the display introduced by the company in the flagship device.

Despite this, the display quality of the Note 10 Lite is very good in terms of a mid-range smartphone.  If it is called the best display at this price then it will not be wrong.

The only drawback you can say is that the display does not support high refresh rate as some other devices do at this price.  But in the current market, better display quality is more important than better refresh rate.

On the display of Galaxy Note 10 Lite, you can easily read the text in sunlight.  With deep art color, high contrast and HDR support, you can easily stream device HD content.

Most users buy Galaxy Note 10 Lite due to its S-Pen.  In the early days, it is not known that it is much different from the S-Pen of the Standard Note 10.  Yes, you do not get a gyroscope in the Note 10 Lite's S-Pen and also it does not support gestures.

Like the chipset, the experience of the S-Pen is similar to that of the Note 9.  Bluetooth support, S-Pen design and software work work in the same way.

The Galaxy Note 10 Lite has an optical in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric.  The sensor is quite reliable and speed can also be said to be good.  But even then it still appears behind the phone of Realme and OnePlus.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 lite review: performance and software

Samsung has used the chipset with Galaxy Note 9 in its latest Lite variant.  It is expected that this decision has been taken keeping in mind the price of the device and the market.

The Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ also prove to be very good flagship smartphones at the moment, using Exynos 9825 or Snapdragon 855 chipsets.

The Exynos 9810 chipset is a flagship grade processor that was launched 2 years ago.  But it still proves to be better than most mid-range processors.

This processor gives good performance in gaming in addition to easy multitasking.  But this chipset is slightly less battery efficient than the S10 Lite.
